Chambéry’s Little Touristic Train
Welcome to Chambéry, the city of Dukes, Savoy door. We propose you to discover them. In Savoy, more than elsewhere, the telluric forces were unleashed, they broke the rock, raised the ground and moved mountains. Departing from the Place Saint Leger, the little train takes you to discover the discreet charm of the old and bewitching city that has preserved a unique medieval architectural heritage.
Discover aboard our train, the small historical and cultural heritage of one of the largest city in the french Alps in a fully narrated tour (for our audioguides* or directly form the driver) of 40 minutes through the town of Chambéry.
* The audioguides allow you to follow live comments of the tour in multiple languages like French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Dutch, English and German.
The operation of the little train for the February and Easter school holidays is subject to good weather conditions.
The functioning of the Chambéry Tourist Train:
From May to October: guaranteed departures every hour at 10am, 11am, 12pm, and 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, subject to group appointments and contingencies.
Departures at 6pm and 7pm are not guaranteed, they are insured according to the number of visitors.
The Chambéry’s Little Touristic Train does not operate on Mondays.
